1. These terms and conditions are only effective for online insurance sales via retail.easysunday.co.id, Sunday’s other products or services are excluded.

  2. These terms and conditions are applicable for products that are allowed to be refunded following the applied product terms and conditions.

  3. Sunday reserves the right not to deliver prizes related to your policy order if you cancel the policy within 45 days from the policy’s effective date.

  4. Sunday will process your refund within 30 working days after receiving the required documents completely.

  5. Refund process for payment using a credit card method with or without installment, will be refunded as your credit card limit follows the bank issuer's regulation;

  6. If you use the credit card payment method, you are only eligible to request cancellation and refund within 6 months from your initial payment date.

  7. Sunday reserves its right to reject your exercise of right upon any deviation from the terms and conditions above.

  8. Sunday's decision shall be final. Should you affirm your intent to cancel the policy purchased from us regardless of our rejection of your eligibility to this guarantee, the refund shall be in accordance with the premium rate refund announced by OJK;

  9. In the event that a refund is necessitated due to the rejection of your application by the insurer, Sunday Customer Service may contact you to provide details regarding your refund and to confirm your bank information.

  10. Sunday reserves the right to change refund terms and conditions without prior notice.

To request a cancellation and refund, we have separated into 2 different cases. Please kindly follow the instructions according to your condition:
In the case of canceling a policy order after payment and before the policy’s effective date.
  1. You can contact Sunday Customer Service to request a cancellation of your purchase order.

  2. For this case, you may receive a refund in full amount.

  3. Refund guarantee in full amount is only available for those who purchase their policies with full payment and still within 14 days from your policy order payment date;

  4. In case there’s a discount or promotion you used during your purchase, we will only refund depending on your payment and not your premium (exclude: admin / 3rd party fee).

  5. Required documents you need to provide are:

    1. Bank information for your refund (applicable for payment method non-credit card)**, and

    2. The payment receipt or payment successful digital receipt published by Sunday, or Manual payment proof published by the bank or outlet retail (e.g. Alfamart) including the product and plan name you purchased.

In the case of canceling a policy order after payment and after the policy’s effective date.
  1. You can contact Sunday Customer Service to request a cancellation of the policy.

  2. However, in this case, you may not receive the refund in full amount. Sunday will refund the payment made to you after deducting any applicable fees, including but not limited to fees from your credit card issuer and/or your credit card fees.

  3. Calculation of the refund will follow the insurer's regulations.

  4. If there’s a discount or promotion you used during your purchase, then those will not be refunded.

  5. Required documents you need to provide are:

    1. Bank information for your refund (applicable for payment method non-credit card)**, and

    2. E-policy document.

  6. If you have any concerns, please contact Sunday Customer Service.

**) We only process the refund to the bank information that is similar to the insured name. If there’s a different name between the bank and the insured name, then we require additional approval from the insured person or policyholder.
